The banner of Lodge Meenakshi No. 269 reflects the identity, values, and heritage of the Lodge. At its centre is Goddess Meenakshi, symbolising Madurai’s cultural roots, strength, and grace, set within a traditional temple arch that represents stability and continuity. Masonic symbols such as the Square and Compasses, the chequered floor, and the open Volume of the Sacred Law reflect the principles of moral balance, equality, and learning. The motto “Arul Surakkum Arividam”—a place where wisdom flows with grace—captures the spirit of the Lodge, expressing its belief that true knowledge, guided by compassion, leads to meaningful service and righteous living.
